We had a great time at this place! Came here with my colleagues and we had so much fun and laughter. If you are wondering if it hurts if you get hit, don't worry too much. It doesn't hurt as the tip of the arrows is from a soft foam. You'll be doing a lot of cardio for sure as you'll be running around. The staff was really friendly when we were there. He patiently explained everything so it was a nice experience.

Excellent indoor activity for my child’s 13th birthday. So accommodating with the minimum numbers to join a session in a group only 6 making it reasonable for a smaller party. Excellent communication and customer service and good approach to mixing up kids for equal teams of younger/older/mixed gender. The party host parents also can join in for free to assist younger kids. The centre was clean and good facilities and hosts very friendly and happy.

Had a fantastic birthday for a 10 year old boy here and everything went excellently. Firstly, great communication throughout the booking process. Always got a response within hours and the entire booking was managed via email. Deposit was not required until.closer to date which was much appreciated. Total of 16 kids had an absolute ball. Trained in using the bow/arrows before they entered the arena. Allowed a parent to enter the arena to take amazing action photos. The kids played nerf wars as well and had a blast. I liked the flexibility of having the function room for a longer period for a small fee. Got to cater it myself so I made some boxed platters and had a sausage sizzle for the 16 kids. Kids played on the video games in the function room so there waa never a dull moment. Clean, well equipped, helpful staff, flexible arrangements but maintained compliant and safe environment for the kids throughout. Completely recommend.

We received helpful aiming training and enjoyed the games, although there's a need for stricter game supervision to prevent rule-bending. However, our experience took a worrying turn during the final game. My 9-year-old son volunteered to be our team's target. Things quickly got out of hand when the opposing team surrounded him, shooting at close range. Despite our efforts to focus on the other target, my son ended up in distress behind a bunker, and it was only then that the staff intervened. While safety procedures were in place, it's crucial to be more vigilant about potential incidents like this one. My son left with a negative impression, vowing never to return. In summary, our visit was filled with fun moments, but it's essential for the facility to prioritize player safety and better supervise games to prevent situations like the one we experienced. We hope our feedback helps improve safety protocols and ensure that every visitor has an enjoyable and safe time.

Had the best time here. I organised a group of friends and the system they have to make group bookings is excellent. I was able to book a time with a reasonable deposit and only had to finalise to the minimum numbers with 7 days of the booking. They were very responsible with emails. I wasn't a fan of the 'Firing Line' "game" and would ask not to play this one in the future, but all the other games were great fun. Warning: Legs are still sore 3 days later.
